Notary Nuptials & Apostille Services LLC is not liable for delays or rejections due to errors or omissions in the documents submitted.
Processing Time: Apostille services generally take 4-5 business days for standard delivery. Rush processing may be available for an additional fee but is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
International Use: We ensure that Apostille services comply with the Hague Apostille Convention. However, we are not responsible for any changes in international requirements or legal systems that may impact the acceptance of your document.

3. Wedding Officiant Services

Ceremony Packages: We offer various officiant packages tailored to meet your wedding needs. All ceremonies will be conducted professionally and with attention to detail. Please ensure you provide accurate details regarding your ceremony preferences.
Timing: Punctuality is critical for wedding ceremonies. A fee of $50 will be charged for every 15 minutes of lateness, which will be applied to ensure that we can accommodate all our clients and provide high-quality service.
Rehearsals: The premium package includes a one-hour wedding rehearsal. Any additional time or rehearsals will incur additional fees.

4. Notary Services

Identification: All individuals signing documents must present valid government-issued photo identification at the time of the notarial act. Notary Nuptials & Apostille Services LLC reserves the right to refuse notarization if proper identification is not provided.
Document Requirements: Clients are responsible for ensuring that all necessary documents are complete before the notarization appointment. We do not provide legal advice or assist with filling out legal forms.
Remote Notarization: Remote Online Notarization (RON) is available through an approved platform. Clients must comply with all applicable state regulations for remote notarization.
